Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us. We will never disclose, trade, or sell our customers information.


Return Policy: If you are unhappy with any of our products, you may return them within 10 days for a full refund (less shipping & handling). Please include a note as to why you are returning the product.


Broken or Damaged Items: Please notify us within 48 hours of any broken or damaged items so we know what needs to be replaced. We will contact you as to what to do with the damaged items.


Sales Tax: Iowa orders are subject to 7% sales tax.


Shipping & Handling: Items will be shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. If you would like a faster shipping method, please state so in the comments box at checkout. Shipping fee's will be higher and we will bill you separately. SoyLights® is not responsible for packages arriving late.
